The high-grade industrial sensor enables precise measurement of the surface temperature of the banger. It has been calibrated for glass surfaces, so you don't have to worry about IR reflection. The flexible arm of the measuring head allows the position to be optimally adjusted directly under the banger. The large display shows the current temperature in an easy-to-read manner. When the desired temperature is reached, you are informed visually (color of the lighting) and acoustically, so that you can always dab according to your personal preferences.
